Tariffs and Bookings for The Haven

2011 RATES:   Prices for The Haven at Talysarn (able to sleep 2 persons)

Available all year round

Rate basis: Weekly

Double occupancy from £400.00 to £450.00 per unit per week

Single occupancy from £275.00 to £300.00 per unit per week

Rate basis: Daily

Daily price from £70 per night double occupancy, £45 single

- Euros accepted
- Sterling Travellers Cheques accepted
- Public holidays and Royal Ascot week will be charged at the higher price.

Short Breaks:  we offer a minimum of two nights as a short break. If a booking is made within 4 weeks of arrival, then full payment is requested.

Changeover:  In general, the Haven is available from Saturday to Saturday although depending on bookings and time of year, a minimum of two nights may be booked.

All bookings commence at 15.00 hrs. On the day of departure the Haven must be vacated by 10.00 hrs.

Acceptance:  All male/female parties under the age of 25 years are only accepted at the owner's discretion. Sorry no pets allowed. No smoking.

Terms:  Deposit of 25% on booking which is non refundable. Full payment 28 days prior to arrival date.
