About the Haven
The Haven at Talysarn, is an extension to a large detached house, yet has its own entrance and private off-road parking sitting in 1/3rd acre amidst quiet, leafy Ascot.
Perfect for short breaks, weekend get-aways for guests wishing to seek a short term holiday home for their vacation as an alternative to a Hotel, or for business people wishing for quiet, autonomy and a chance to truly unwind after a busy day without having the requirement of a B&B. Corporate accommodation for nearby companies in Ascot, Bagshot, Staines, Bracknell or Windsor.
The Haven at Talysarn, Ascot is available either minimum two nights, weekly or longer term and has recently been re-furbished to a high standard. The Haven has been useful for longer stays where house refurbishments have required alternative living for a few weeks!

Through the front door
The Haven is self contained with its own heating and hot water system. Once through the door, you go up the stairs and have the shower room to the right and the washroom with WC to the left. The main studio room is straight ahead.
The main room
This area is spacious with a comfortable double bed perfectly fitting within a recess with integrated lights. A mamas and papas travel cot is available for non walking babies.There is a television with free-view and integrated DVD/CD player, radio alarm. There are also two easy chairs for relaxing whilst reading or watching the TV.
Washroom and Shower Room
Recently re-furbished, the shower tray area is larger than average and fully tiled, with radiator, towel rail and Karndeen flooring.
Again, recently refurbished sanitary ware and Kardeen flooring, is a washroom including a large mirror and shaver socket.
The kitchen in the studio annexe is equipped with everything you will need for short term living. It is compact, with baby belling cooker, low level fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and francke double sink unit
To the right of the kitchen area is the central heating/hot water controls unit offering full control for the apartment. Hot water is on constant supply on demand. In the garage, is the boiler unit and a washing machine with separate tumble dryer. There is also a second fridge/freezer.
There is a fold-down leaf dining table with two chairs for dining. Should you need them, there are 2 spare chairs for visitors.
Relax in the Garden
Access to the garden is to the right of the annexe door. Here you will find a neat, well maintained garden with a large patio area. There is a Gas Barbeque unit and patio table and chairs. A washing line is also available if required.
There is a dedicated, off-road parking space directly in front of The Haven entrance.
In one corner of the room is a fitted cupboard which houses an ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner as well as storage space for cases/golf clubs. The other two integrated cupboards include rails and shelving for personal clothing. We also have a hair dryer available for use.
All linen and towels are provided and the Haven is serviced weekly or between lets. This can be on a more regular basis if required subject to negotiation.
